A native Californian, I live and paint in rural Sonoma County. Drawn to the beauty of the area, I work primarily in oil on location to capture the warm, ever changing light and color in my plein-air landscapes. My impressionistic painting style dramatizes these outdoor scenes using sweeping lines and vibrant colors. This same technique brings a brilliance to my still life work.
